Video Tour and Real Estate Photo Gallery Pricing

We have a variety of options available to you:

Tour Shoot: Each tour is shot in high definition format. A high definition camera equipped with a wide angle lens and a "steadycam" stabilizer is used to create a "walk through" look to the tour, from the exterior of the home and throughout each room. No shaking or jerky home video type movements.

Editing: After the shoot the video is professionally edited. Transitions are utilized to guide the viewer through the home. The background music will be selected from royalty free music that is available to you at no charge. The average Real Estate video is 2-4 minutes long.

Output: Your video will be placed on our server in Flash format, a universal format compatible with virtually all (97%+) web browsers. It will remain online until the property is sold. If you already are an 'enhanced' listing on Realtor.com, your tour will be posted to your listing. If you are not an 'enhanced' customer, there is a $20 charge to upload your tour to Realtor.com (optional). It can also be added to NNEREN.com or MLSPin.com through your broker - a link will be provided.

The tour can also be delivered to you on CD, DVD or via email - it is yours. It can be placed on any other web site or can be stored on your computer to show to clients wherever you go.

Pricing: The cost of each tour is determined by the size of the property and other options. The following is the basic price list:

There may be a $20 charge per listing (for the life of the listing) to have your tour posted to Realtor.com, the largest real estate website in the world. (No charge for 'enhanced' Realtor.com customers)

Still and Video Photography are all done with a wide angle lens in order to show off the property in the best light. Still and Video Photography tours are presented in Flash (.swf) format, compatible with virtually all (97%+) internet web browsers.

All tours include hosting of the tour until the property is sold.

Payment is required when the photographer is scheduled, and may be made by credit card or check.

Payment is non-refundable after photographing. We guarantee satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our tour, we will photograph the location again at no additional charge.

In order to produce the tour on time, we are dependent upon access to the location at the agreed time and date. Any change to the schedule needs to be communicated in a timely manner. An additional travel charge may be incurred if a timely change in schedule is not communicated within a reasonable period of time, or if the photographer is unable to access the location at the scheduled time.

If the session is cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled photography session, the payment may be held as a credit for the next session, or may be returned less a $20 cancellation fee.

In no event shall we be held responsible for any damages. Aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for a tour.
